Plaintiff's suit, contesting the calculation of her retirement contributions, is dismissed where she is not eligible to claim the reduced deposit rate contained in 5 U.S.C. section 8334(c) since her service was not "covered service" required by the Federal Employees' Retirement Contribution Temporary Adjustment Act of 1983.
