ASTRAZENECA AB v. MUTUAL PHARM. CO., 04-1100
In a patent case concerning medicine used for treating hypertension, summary judgment in favor of plaintiff's claim of infringement is reversed where the district court erred in its claim construction by not recognizing the limiting effect of the patent's specification and prosecution history.
