INT'L RECTIFIER CORP. v. IXYS CORP., 04-1014

The trial court's grant of a permanent injunction, prohibiting any future infringement of plaintiff's patent, is reversed where such a broad injunction would violate Rule 65(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
