LA VAN v. US, 03-5140, 03-5149

In an action to recover investment funds, the trial court's decision that defendant-government formed a contract with plaintiff and subsequently breached it is affirmed, however, the decision preventing plaintiffs' from pursuing expectancy damages is reversed.
