SAVE DOMESTIC OIL, INC. v. US, 03-1262

In determining whether the petitions of domestic producers, seeking the imposition of various duties on crude oil imports, had the requisite industry support, the Department of Commerce properly considered the opposition of domestic importer-producers. The resulting dismissal of the petitions is affirmed.
