FERREIRO v. US, 03-5043

The trial court's dismissal of plaintiffs' action for want of jurisdiction, holding that it did not have subject matter jurisdiction over their complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 2502(a), is vacated and remanded for a more complete assessment of whether the plaintiffs have satisfied the requirements of the Reciprocity Act.
