PHONOMETRICS, INC. v. WESTIN HOTEL CO., 02-1501
In a patent infringement action, the district court's award of attorney's fees pursuant to 35 U.S.C. section 285 and 28 U.S.C. section 1927 is affirmed. However, the court is vacated where it erred in awarding fees incurred in connection with certain appeals.
