VELANDER v. GARNER, 02-1366
The decision of the USPTO Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences granting defendant's preliminary motion to have all of the allowed claims of plaintiff's patent application for fibrinogen producing transgenic animals held unpatentable as obvious over the prior art is affirmed where it is supported by substantial evidence.
