GENZYME CORP. v. TRANSKARYOTIC THERAPIES, INC, 02-1312
In an infringement suit, the district court's grant of summary judgment to the defendant for non-infringement of plaintiff's patent, on methods of producing the human enzyme a-galactosidase A, was affirmed where the court properly construed the claim term "chromosomally integrated," but erred in construing the disputed terms "regulatory sequence" and "stably."
