MUSICK v. DEP'T OF ENERGY, 03-3064

A final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board that denied plaintiff's petition for enforcement of an employment settlement agreement is reversed and remanded for a factual determination as to whether any documents referring to plaintiff's removal were retained in violation of the settlement agreement.
