SCHERING CORP. v. GENEVA PHARMS., INC., 02-1540, 03-1021

Because the district court correctly found that plaintiff's patent for the antihistamine loratadine inherently anticipates two claims of a patent that covers a metabolite of loratadine, the finding of invalidity of the latter patent claims is affirmed.
