MINTON v. NAT'L ASSOC. OF SEC. DEALERS, INC., 02-1560

Plaintiff's lease of a computer program and telecommunications network, which performed similarly to what plaintiff claimed in a patent directed to a computerized securities trading system, operates as an anticipatory statutory bar to the claimed invention because it claims subject matter that was on sale more than one year prior to the filing of the patent.
