BUTTERBAUGH v. DEP'T OF JUSTICE, 02-3331

Federal employees who train with the military reserves need take military leave only for those days on which they are required to work, and 5 U.S.C. section 6323(a)(1) thereby grants up to 15 workdays of military leave.
