ABBOTT LABS v. BAXTER PHARM. PROS., INC., 02-1400
Because the district court erred in construing the asserted claims directed to compositions and methods of preventing the degradation of sevoflurane anesthetic, the district court's grant of motion for summary judgment of noninfringement is reversed.
