ZAMOT v. MERIT SYS. PROT. BD., 02-3321

In dismissing appeal of a removal action for lack of jurisdiction, the Merit Systems Protection Board did not abuse its discretion either in finding that a former postal employee failed to show good cause for delay in filing his petition for review, or in declining to reopen the case on its own motion.
