DEFENDERS OF WILDLIFE v. HOGARTH, 02-1224
The Court of International Trade did not err in concluding that the Interim-Final Rule promulgated by National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is in accordance with the International Dolphin Conservation Program Act. Nor did the court err in concluding that NMFS complied with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
