FORMAN v. US, 02-5117

In a suit for expenses allegedly incurred pursuant to an agreement with the FBI, summary judgment in favor of the FBI is reversed where material facts exist as to defendant's hiring and employment of a company salesman, and whether or not this hiring was at the direction of the FBI.
