STORAGE TECH. CORP. v. CISCO SYS., INC., 02-1232

The district court erred in its claim construction of terms "caching policy identification information" and "protocol data unit network policy" in a patent relating to data communication networks. Thus, a judgment of noninfringement is vacated.
