SILENT DRIVE, INC. v. STRONG INDUS., INC., 02-1329

Personal jurisdiction exists over an out of state defendant where (1) defendant obtained a Texas state court injunction, (2) defendant was a named inventor of a patent for a trailing axle, and (3) defendants sent letters to plaintiff's customers outside Iowa concerning the Texas injunction and the patent.
