BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB CO. v. RHONE-POULENC RORER, INC., 02-1280, 02-1281

The district court's holding that defendant committed inequitable conduct in obtaining a patent, involving a semi-synthesis of taxol, a cancer chemotherapeutic agent, is not an abuse of discretion, and its denial of defendant's motion for summary judgment of infringement is affirmed.
