SALINAS v. US, 02-5127

A government employee's suit for back pay for a period of suspension following his indictment in a state court was properly dismissed for lack of jurisdiction by the Court of Federal Claims, where plaintiff failed to appeal his suspension to the Merit Systems Protection Board.
