GOLAN v. PINGEL ENT., INC., 01-1626

Dismissal of federal and state antitrust claims is affirmed where plaintiff failed to show that defendants possessed monopoly power in the relevant market. Dismissal of unfair competition claims and tort claims is affirmed where a reasonable jury could not conclude that defendant acted in bad faith.
