HUSKEY v. TRUJILLO, 02-1022

An employee's on-call protocol, in which her whereabouts and activities were circumscribed only by the requirement to respond to calls or pages within five minutes and report to work within thirty minutes, did not entitle her to premium pay for those on-call periods under the Federal Employees Pay Act.
