ENZO BIOCHEM, INC. v. GEN-PROBE INC., 01-1230

In an appeal from a finding that claims on a patent, directed to nucleic acid probes, were invalid, reference in a patent specification to a deposit of genetic material may suffice to describe that material; remanded on issue of satisfaction of the written description requirement.
