RHP BEARINGS LTD. v. US, 01-1160

In light of the decision in SKF USA Inc. v. United States, 263 F.3d 1369 (Fed. Cir. 2001), the Court of International Trade's (CIT) decision affirming a final antidumping duty determination by the Department of Commerce vacated with respect to Department of Commerce's constructed value profit calculations, and remanded for further proceedings on that issue.
