FRITZ v. PRINCIPI, 00-7139

Once a plaintiff has established entitlement to fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 USC 2412 for the underlying case, the plaintiff is entitled to all fees incurred in the entire civil action brought on his behalf including the defense of the fee application.
