WATSON v. DEP'T OF THE NAVY, 00-3387
The Merit Systems Protection Board's new approach for determining eligibility for early retirement coverage as law enforcement officers is consistent with the statutes and regulations of the program and does not conflict with Bingaman v. Dep't of the Treasury, 127 F.3d 1431 (Fed. Cir. 1997).
