US OLYMPIC COMM. v. TOY TRUCK LINES, INC., 00-1196

The Olympic and Amateur Sports Act, 36 US 220501 et seq., reserves to the US Olympic Committee the commercial use (other than "grandfathered" uses) of certain words and symbols, including "PAN AMERICAN," without requiring any showing of likelihood of confusion or false connection.
