United States DC Circuit
Exhaustless, Inc. v. FAA, 18-1303
Dismissed. A company that would like LaGuardia and JFK to implement their patent pending operating system to manage takeoff and landing schedules sued over FAA interim orders relating to limitations on the number of flights at the airports, but the court found that they lacked standing because vacating the interim orders wouldn't redress their injury, lack of interest in their product.
