United States DC Circuit

US v. Class, 15-3015

Affirmed. The federal prohibition of the possession of firearms on the grounds of the US Capitol does not violate the Second Amendment or Due Process Clauses of the Constitution. The restriction does not substantially burden the right to bear arms and the law wasn't so complicated that the defendant effectively lacked notice.
