Guedes v. ATF, 19-5042
Refused to enjoin a rule that classifies bump-stock devices as machine guns under the National Firearms Act. Bump-stock owners and advocates filed suit to prevent the ban adopted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives from taking effect. However, the D.C. Circuit affirmed the denial of preliminary injunctive relief.
