Browning-Ferris Industries of California, Inc. v. NLRB, 16-1028
Held that the National Labor Relations Board erred in analyzing whether a recycling plant operator was the joint employer of a staffing firm's workers. A labor union sought to represent the workers, who performed tasks in the plant such as sorting through the incoming material. Granted in part the recycling plant's petition for review and remanded.
