United States DC Circuit

US v. Berkeley, 08-3017

Defendant's drug distribution conviction and sentence are affirmed, where: 1) the denial of Defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea was proper because defense counsel had no reason to know of the conflict of interest alleged by Defendant; and 2) Defendant did not automatically earn an acceptance of responsibility credit simply by claiming entrapment as his only defense.
