Montanans for Multiple Use v. Barbouletos, 08-5131
In a challenge to various aspects of the Forest Service's management of a national forest, the dismissal of the complaint is affirmed where Plaintiffs could not establish that the Forest Service violated any federal law or otherwise took action that was arbitrary and capricious under the Administrative Procedure Act.
