Larson v. Dep't of State, 06-5112

In an action seeking the release of documents from the CIA concerning violence against persons in Guatemala under the Freedom of Information Act, the District Court's order denying production of certain categories is affirmed, where the documents pertained to "intelligence sources or methods" and were thus exempt from disclosure.
