The Court of Appeals imposed reciprocal discipline on Respondent-Attorney by suspending him from the practice of law, where the Supreme Court of Florida previously suspended Respondent, the Justices of that court took the requisite oaths before doing so, and the Sixth Amendment was inapplicable to the Florida suspension proceeding.
