Petitioner's petition for review of the FCC's determination that Petitioner's broadcasting license expired is denied, where Petitioner failed to broadcast from the licensed site for more than one year, and Petitioner's unauthorized transmissions did not qualify as broadcasts under 47 U.S.C. section 312(g).
