Petitioner-Employer's petition for review of an NLRB decision that Petitioner violated the NLRA by discontinuing the use of Petitioner's direct-deposit system to collect union dues is denied, where the direct deposit was a term or condition of employment, and thus Petitioner was required to bargain regarding the issue.
