Garcia v. Wilsack, 08-5110

In an action under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) alleging discriminatory distribution of federal farm benefits, the dismissal of the complaint is affirmed, where Plaintiffs had an adequate remedy at law and thus relief under the APA was not available.
