The grant of Petitioners' habeas petition requiring notice prior to their transfer from Guantanamo Bay is reversed, where Munaf v. Geren, 128 S. Ct. 2207 (2008), precludes a court from issuing a writ of habeas corpus to prevent a transfer on the ground that Petitioners would likely be tortured upon their return to their native country.
