United States DC Circuit

Long v. Howard Univ., 07-7168

Former graduate student's discrimination claim was barred by the statute of limitations, even though the University did not raise its limitations defense at the summary-judgment stage. District court did not commit plain error by instructing the jury that his claim accrued before his formal application for re-admission, per the Rehabilitation Act.
