In a suit by an insured for reimbursement of the costs of settling with its employee, who had brought an employment-discrimination suit against plaintiff, summary judgment for defendant-insurer is affirmed where proceedings brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission were "formal," and the policy required plaintiff to inform defendant of those proceedings, rather than wait until litigation commenced.
