US v. Turner, 07-3107

Conviction for conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and bribery is affirmed, and sentence vacated, where: 1) there was sufficient evidence to support the conviction; but 2) the sentencing of defendant under newer guidelines than the ones in effect when the conspiracy occurred presented an ex post facto violation.
