Montgomery v. Chao, 07-5255
In a suit alleging employment discrimination and retaliation by his government employer, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where no reasonable jury could conclude, based on plaintiff's evidence, that there was discrimination or retaliation in the employer's decisions not to promote plaintiff or name him to a new position.
