Petition for review of FCC regulations requiring cable systems to provide analog and digital signals of certain broadcast channels is dismissed for lack of standing where petitioners-cable programmers did not show that enforcement of the proposed regulations would cause them injury, or that their alleged injuries would be redressible by a favorable ruling.
