US v. McCarson, 06-3130

A conviction for possession of a firearm and possession with intent to distribute cocaine base is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) whether evidence of the gun and the drugs, which U.S. Marshals discovered while executing a warrant for defendant's arrest in connection with another charge, should be suppressed; and 2) the admissibility of prior convictions for possession of a firearm and selling crack cocaine.
