Draim v. Virtual Geosatellite Holdings, Inc., 07-7065
In a suit against an employer alleging that the defendant failed to pay plaintiff bonuses upon issuance of certain patents, judgment for plaintiff is reversed where the magistrate judge never determined whether plaintiff's conduct breached the employment contract between the parties and thereby disqualified him from collecting under it.
