United States DC Circuit
Abbott Ambulance of Illinois v. Nat'l Labor Relations Bd., 07-1077
Petition for review of a NLRB order determining that petitioner unlawfully refused to bargain with a union is denied over petitioner's argument that it was not obligated to bargain with the union because the NLRB counted an invalid ballot in the representation election where the NLRB correctly presumed that an employee could vote absent a showing that the employee had been discharged or had resigned.
