US v. Harris, 06-3045

Conviction for possession with intent to distribute PCP is affirmed over defendant's claims that: 1) the evidence was insufficient to sustain her conviction; 2) the police violated her Fifth Amendment rights by subjecting her to custodial interrogation without a Miranda advisement; and 3) the district court violated her due process rights by asking compound questions during jury selection.
