Belhas v. Ya'alon, 07-7009
In action seeking damages for injuries and deaths resulting from a battle between Israel and the terrorist organization Hezbollah along the Lebanese border, dismissal of action for lack of jurisdiction is affirmed based on the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976.
